Cancellation and Refunds

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings for up to 8 people. 
For groups of 9 or more, the General Terms and Conditions for MICE events apply.

Ticket purchases are binding.

Cancellations must be made in writing to gastronomiegardenpark.ch no later than
48 hours before the booked date.

1. A refund is only possible if the now-vacant cabin is resold for the same date. 
2. The value of the resold tickets will be refunded, up to a maximum of the original ticket price paid.
   Drinks, extras and other purchases are not included.
3. There is no entitlement to special arrangements for reallocation, such as combining or rescheduling existing bookings.
4. No refund will be given in the event of late cancellation, no-shows or failure to resell the tickets.
