Cancellation and Refunds for the Metzgete Hütten Zug and Fondue Hütten Zug

The following terms apply to bookings of up to 8 people.
For bookings of 9 people or more, the General Terms and Conditions for MICE events apply.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked date and must be submitted in writing to gastronomiegardenpark.ch.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked date, the following terms apply:

A refund is only possible if the chalet that becomes available is resold for the same date.
The amount refunded will correspond to the value of the tickets resold, up to a maximum of the amount originally paid. Drinks, extras and any other consumption are not taken into account.
There is no entitlement to special measures to facilitate resale, such as combining or moving existing reservations.
In the event of a no-show, or if the chalet cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.
