We are pulling out the old Bären recipes - and yes, we are currently tasting, sampling and working with great dedication on the perfect butcher's platter.
We are still tasting, comparing and discussing in the kitchen until everything is just right. After all, our Metzgete should not just be hearty, but exactly the way you want it to be: hearty, honest and with lots of flavour.
From 16 to 29 October 2026, our huts will become the Metzgete Hütten Zug.
Look forward to a piece of living tradition, served in a cosy hut atmosphere in the middle of Zug.
