The fire flickers, the mulled wine warms your hands - and suddenly Zug feels a bit like a mountain village. It gets even cosier in your hut: the aroma of creamy cheese fondue from the Dubach cheese dairy or fondue chinoise, accompanied by wine, ready-made coffee or hot chocolate. At some point, the golden-brown Kaiserschmarrn with roasted plums arrives at the table - and by now you know that you won't forget this evening in a hurry.
